Instructions
Remember you only need to complete two reflections over the term. There are six available.
While reading or after reading "Persuasive Mechanisms" (Bowles, 2018) please highlight portions of the text that you believe relate to your work as a interface designer.
Once done highlighting, please:
- Select one highlight that relates to your work as an interface designer.
- Briefly explain how the highlight relates to your work.
- Briefly explain if the highlight has influenced you to change your approach, and why or why not?
Submission
Your instructor will have a print-out for completing the reading reflection on in your July 10 lecture. You will need to provide a print-out of the reading. Reading reflections must be completed in the lecture time.
Grading
This reading reflection is worth 5% (5 points) of your final grade.
- 0.5 points for submitting your reading with highlights as requested.
- 0.5 points for clearly citing which one highlighted portion of the text you are referring to.
- 2 points are given for a clear and concise explanation of how and the highlight relates to your work.
- 2 points are given for a clear and concise explanation of if the highlight has influenced you to change your approach, and why or why not?
How reflections work
Just a reminder about how reflections work:
- You only need to complete two reflections over the term.
- There are six available.
- You may complete up to three reflections and the lowest grade will be dropped.
- AI use is not permitted in reflections.
