Having read "Who Are the Users? (Chapter 2)" (Sharon, 2016) please propose in sketches some 'best practices' for interviewing users.

Please generate two best practices and explain them using sketches. Add text notes as needed to help us understand what the sketches show.

Submission

Once done, please scan or photograph your sketches for submission as one JPG file.

Your submission is due to Canvas before midnight on June 20.

Grading rubric

This reading reflection is worth 1% (1 point) of your final grade.

• 0.25 points for submitting a hand-rendered sketch.
• 0.25 points for submitting a readable sketch (clear scan or photograph).
• 0.5 points for following the instructions and completing the requested sketch(es).

Please note that sketches may be shared and discussed in class.

Please avoid putting your name on your submission as a result. If you make a mistake with your submission, feel free to resubmit before the deadline.
